Built Smarter. Built to Last. Built in America.
Proudly made in America, Genuine Kustom Corners 3-1/8" length replacement blades are made from solid D2 tool steel and designed for longer service life. There is a big difference between a blade made from D2 tool steel and one described only as "alloy steel." D2 is a specific tool steel grade known for excellent wear resistance and long edge life, while "alloy steel" is too general to say much about quality by itself.
There is also a difference between a blade built for performance and one built for repeat replacement. Every Genuine Kustom Corners blade is:
- Heat treated for strength and durability
- Cryogenically treated for improved wear resistance
- Tempered for long-lasting edge retention
We believe customers should get more life out of every blade, not be forced to replace them sooner than necessary.
Built on the vision of Bud Ross, a creative American inventor who believed products should be made to higher standards, each blade is reversible and has two usable cutting edges, one on each side. When one edge becomes dull, simply unscrew the blade, turn it around, and use the other edge. That means more life out of every blade, less downtime, and better value from an American-made product.
At Kustom Corners, we believe American manufacturing should be smarter, not wasteful. We are not interested in forcing customers to replace blades more often just to drive sales. Our focus is simple: help you get the most out of your machine with a design that works the way it should. This is the kind of practical, efficient thinking that built American manufacturing in the first place.
Our blades are sharpened in-house right here in America for fast turnaround and consistent quality. It is hard to find companies that actually sharpen their own blades. Most just sell replacements. We make them, sharpen them, and stand behind them, the way American companies used to and still should.
Available radius sizes:
